Flormar Pretty Compact Powder | Favorites

I don't know if you girls are aware of this brand. It is a Turkish brand. It is a full line of cosmetics with everything from foundations to lipsticks and nail polishes. I should add that it is a very affordable brand. You can get some great stuff from them if you're low on budget or even otherwise if you just want to try something different from the local brands. I've a number of products from this brand.

Today, I'm reviewing this compact powder from their Pretty collection. I've been distant from all sorts of powders because my skin is going through a dry phase. Despite that I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised by it.

Application & Coverage: The texture is velvet smooth. Applies smoothly and blends effortlessly. It mattifies the skin and prevents it from getting oily for a good few hours. This powder has a very buildable coverage. You can take it from a light coverage to a medium coverage. Covers hyper pigmentation and spots. When applied over foundation you can definitely make it full coverage. It is not patchy and does not make you look cakey. But, of course if you have dry skin make sure to moisturize before application. The packaging is standard. Nothing very special about it. I think they have about five to six different shades of this powder compact. I bought the '198 Rose', it goes perfectly with my complexion.

Tip: For a light application use a big brush. For more coverage use a powder sponge.

Overall, I really like this powder. Currently this is the only one I use. If you're out in the market for a new compact, test this one out. The best thing about it is that it retails for only about 18 SAR. You can find Flormar cosmetics in most Center Point stores.
