Bourjois Flower Perfection Primer Review

I wasn't really into primers before. But, I decided to get one because I was fed up of my pores. I really needed something to blur out their appearance. City Max had an amazing sale in the cosmetics section so I went on a mini shopping spree. Here in Saudi Arabia, I've never seen primers in the lower end brands like Rimmel or Maybelline. Although, Revlon has one primer but the reviews are not so good. So, I decided to get this one by Bourjois instead.

This is the Bourjois Flower Perfection Primer. It is a Translucent Smoothing Primer that claims to give a correcting airbrush action and beautified skin. You can wear this primer alone or under foundation.

My experience: Well, overall I really liked this product. It glides on smoothly and really blurs out the pores on my nose. It comes in a little pot which is extremely handy for travelling. Some people might think it's too little product for that price, but you only need to use a very tiny amount. Very tiny. Because, a little of it spreads over the whole face. It is transparent when applied to the skin...

I apply this primer under my BB cream. I apply it focusing mainly on the nose and cheek area, that is where alot of my pores are. But, I also apply it on my eyes to ensure my eye makeup is really pigmented and stays put and crease-less. It made my makeup stay for a good 12 hours, nothing budged. Also, make sure to moisturize your skin before applying the primer as it may dry out your skin if it's not moisturized before hand.

I really recommend this if you,
  • are looking to blur the appearance of pores
  • want really pigmented eye makeup that stays put for legit hours
  • want your foundation to appear airbrushed and perfect

I got this on sale for 49 SR.
