I have had alot of work this week, so because of all the makeup and the sun, my skin became very dull and all my pores were badly blocked. I needed a deep cleanse, something to rejuvenate and brighten my skin.
This deep cleansing method is used in alot of spas and parlors. They first steam your face and then exfoliate it, followed by a mask. But, instead of a mask I went with a peel off as it felt more appropriate, you know, all the dirt and grime peeled off.
Honestly, after this deep cleansing I felt like my skin could breathe again. It felt so refreshing. This seriously reveals beautiful cleansed skin.
Step 2 - Exfoliate with a face scrub for 5 mins. Take your time, massage your whole face in a circular motion concentrating on areas where you have blocked pores (black and white heads). I used the St. Ives Apricot Scrub.
Step 3 - Apply a peel off mask on your complete face and neck leaving the eye area. Leave it on for 10-15 mins and then peel it off. I used the Himalaya Almond-Cucumber Peel Off Mask.
Step 4 - Apply ice all over your face to close all pores and also to soothe the skin. Finish by applying your favorite moisturizer.
