Burn That Belly Fat On The Treadmill

This is the high intensity treadmill workout that I do alternate days to keep my body toned and the belly fat at bay. This kind of interval training is one of the best ways to beat belly bulge.



All you have to do is follow the intervals given in the table below. This is a 30 minute workout. To warm up the body we will start with a 5:00 minutes walk on speed of 4.0 on an incline of 2.5. Then from 5-6 mins jog on the speed of 5.0 on 1.0 incline. From 6-7 mins run on speed 6.0. 

This interval training requires you to change the speed every minute. This workout is very effective and I love it. For more information Google High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) ;)
